@bbk You know, trust is a big thing for me. When the course was planned and sold as golf course, it should be. I agree if times are not right there should be extentions BUT Stunja is just a crook that made himself rich screwing others. He had help and they all have to live with their actions. I don't care if there is a course back there but he should not profit by selling it off. All the money in the world won't make him a nice person.

Well when a piece of dirt backs up to a ( privately owned golf course) which is what it has been from day 1 , & your contract doesn't state that the privately owned course will remain to be a golf course for eternity . Then what are you trusting in ? Stunja is a business man & no different than any other business man . He purchased land to try & sell it & turn a profit . Just like the people who built the apartments across from the Big A that look into some folks yards . And apartments & business that back up to homes in the Pines & Section 8 Pinehurst Estates with HEB & other stores behind their homes .So Stunja is a crook that made himself rich screwing others . But you are OK with all these other business men that don't affect your property ?

@bbk Those other properties were zoned for what they are! I'm not going to debate you but Stunja and his crew are not people I would want to have as friends. I know more about his dealings than you might think and I will leave it at that.

@ladybeachbum That golf course was here long before any houses were built & backing up to it & that's a fact .

@bbk Yes, it was! Most of us would not have invested more money for a lot that backed up to a movie theater. Anyway, not sure why you care but it is okay. I won't be here when the movie theater goes up is my best guess. We'll add a rental house to the neighborhood as will many on the streets they ruined. There's some guys looking into that land deal and I doubt it is a done deal yet anyway.

@bbk Awe. My neighbors and I don't scare easily. Most have time to put a lot of effort in this.
The scumbags that put this together might win and they might be surprised. It's a coin toss. Either way I am okay....
