There may be enough land but I don't see a theatre making it without being near a highway. If so lots help us with the traffic increase that will cause if it takes off

At 35K square feet , it seems like a small theater.....when compared to let's say HEB OR Lowe's which it right around 100k. I wonder if this is an Alamo Drafthouse or something similar?

I really don't think we need 4 theaters in area. :-( Put nice restaurants instead

@brightlights, me too! Our area would totally support something like this.As small as the building will be, it has to be a concept like ADH or similar chain.

I wouldn't recommend this theater for families with young kiddos based on my experiences with them. Take 'em to Showbiz. ☺

I'm not a movie goer. I occasionally, like once a year will take DD to the movies and the whole time I'd be cold, sick with a headache from a loud noise and want to pee all the time. Going to checkout ShowBiz in Summerwood this weekend, I've in,y been to the one in Kingwood, it was nice and clean.

@TXNS_fan The Showbiz in Fall Creek is nicer. I like their seats and much cleaner facility. Really tricky on finding how to get to facility

@TXNS_fan It is very loud in the foyer area where the arcade is. Of course, I'm getting old so maybe it's me.
