"finkle, that is exactly what we are doing - We are exposing this , dragging all of this into the light, sunlight is a great disinfectant and yes fink it is being dumped in peoples laps so that they know.You can not know what is being hidden from you.

@FinkleEinhorn: They have had 5 yrs to make sure EVERYTHING gets put out in the open THEY don't even go to meetings 99% of the time go look at the facts for yourself look at the minutes on our website & look at the sign in sheet .Oh & for some reason which the Board just looked at each other & said nothing they took all the 2012 minutes off the website & took off Dec ,Jan ,Feb of ,March, April , & May of 2013 that were up on our website . I believe they also had a couple thing from 2011 that are no longer there . After a fairly long pause our management company just jumped right on in there & answered & said oh we're just having 2014 on there . So all of the time spent in the past loading this stuff on there & SOMEHOW & I say somehow because not 1 on the board in authority to speak opened their mouth at all period .So what meeting was it voted on to remove all this info off our website . Wish someone had thought to ask Leigh that question since she has answers that our board does not have .

THERE ARE LAWS that protect the homeowners & they are given by law a certain amount of time to get the info to you BY LAW . Husband sent a letter & they did not send everything he requested . I sent a letter asking for other stuff & even sent a reminder email & THEY ANSWERED NOTHING I ASKED FOR AND I DO MEAN NOTHING ! I have all info showing the date I sent & the date they received & signed for my letter .I followed our governing documents & law as to how I get the info I wanted & THEY DID NOT !!!!! Damn right I am tired . So you think I should not be **** I spent money did everything I was suppose to do to get the answers I wanted & by law they had to produce . Oh & this was stuff they should have answered in the meetings . I am not asking for someone's PERSONAL information I am asking to see things I have a right to see .

Now, when a member wants to go back and read the minutes they are not on our web site. The management, the board telling them to do so, will tell members if they want the minutes they will have to send a certified letter to Sterlings office asking for exactly which minutes they want and will charge that member money to get those minutes.Now why do you suppose they would do such a thing? Why make it so hard to see our own associations minutes? Go take a look at the long minutes on MUD 132's site. They have the minutes posted back to 2005. WHAT?? 2005?? Wow, and their minutes are in great detail of what actually happened the night of each meeting. ACIA can only put up one year, the present. But Ric, Sue, and Anthony are all about transparency, right?? Why did they vote to do such a thing. Sterling does not tell the board what is to be done, the board tells Sterling what THEY want done.

Tells us all about the facts of our financial situation. How much money do we have in our reserve account now?As of July 2013 we had $ 258,600.13. in the reserve fund- Yes fink that is a fact.Show us the 2012 and 2013 financial audits- Oh that's right you can't because they have not been done or released.Please tell us how much has been spent on our irrigation system since Sept 2013?How much have we spent on legals?fink please stick to the facts if you claim to have them.

You say you picked up on several non truths in a few rants . I always request people to go read the minutes for theirselves if I have made a mistake you should correct me & make certain to the best of your ability that people see the correct answer .I am asking you to put these " NON TRUTHS UP ON THIS SITE & do an @ BBK PLEASE . That is the right thing to do .

Finkle---If someone post something on here that is not factual or truthful then have them answer for it so they might have a chance to correct. Don't just accuse them that it is wrong then go hide. You want to trust SSC, great. I will trust what I have seen happening on our board since the golf course debacle. I have seen three new board members put on the board by the SSC. They have all run on transparency yet the board gets more and more secretive. The board does not want the members to know what they are doing. They handle business in executive session (hour long each month) that should be heard by the members. They have "workshops" that members cannot attend. They have appeals for ACC that the members cannot hear. They never give their reasons for overturning an ACC decision. They just inform the members all you have the right to know is the answer "yes" or "no" not the "why" and backing up their decisions with the deed restrictions. After SSC got Jon and Anthony elected suddenly the board started to look for a buyer for the wetlands in Pinehurst Section 8. They did this behind the members back. Just when did the board discuss this matter? It wasn't at the monthly meetings. The law says whenever a quorum of the board meets and discuss association business it must be open to the membership. This is just one example of many things that are discussed and implemented behind the members backs. So I absolutely scoff every time I hear these people tout transparency. It is only a buzz word to trick those who do not attend meetings and know nothing that goes on in this association and how it is being run.

BBK I am just getting warmed up.fink-Please tell us who had the majority on the board when ACC members were getting kicked out of ACC hearings and told they would be arrested if they were on the premises for the Association meeting.- I know you won't say it so I will say it , the majority were secret solution committee candidates and Ric.-FactPlease tell us who was on the board when the ACC members were falsely accused and removed from the ACC.?- Again secret solution committee candidates and Ric were the majority- FactWhen one ACC member was not allowed to speak in his defense regarding these accusations, and was ordered removed by the police who was in the majority?- secret solution candidates and Ric- Fact

My statement about asking questions was if folks have questions about the SSB.I realize and understand are all very passionate about what you believe is the truth. I totally understand. What I don't understand is what solution you are proposing. What is your solution?
