@Undecided: As I understand, yes they could transfer the garbage collection costs back to individual accounts like many other areas. Currently these costs are around $326,000 annually. If you recall, there was already an attempt in previous years to transfer the constable costs to the water districts which failed. This is around $155,000 annually.

@tflea: Moving those constables over to a water board would be like a run away train for sure as nobody would be in control of them . Look at our Hoa they are not in control of the situation . How often do you see an officer drive down your street ?

So ALL OF 2010 & 2011 was complete golf course people because his 1 vote didn't count . Then in 2012 Robert Jimmy & Laura Kyle & Mindy & K&M resigned in March & Robert in April . All they did for 4 mos was deal with the lawsuits that were created during the 2010 boards time . In March about 50 people came to the meeting screaming their bloody guts out Robert kept asking over & over what do you want ??? What do you want me to do NOT A ONE OF THEM WOULD HAVE THE GUTS TO STAND UP & SAY I WANT YOU TO BUY A GOLF COURSE !!!!!!! But in my opinion that was what they wanted .Prior to Robert leaving he & the other 2 put Kathy who could work on all the legal stuff that had been turned over to our HOA lawyers & sat on the books for yrs & yrs she was able to work towards speeding up a lot of the stuff on the books Ron J who was on ACC & could complete the changes needing to be done for state law & Robert N a guy that said he would like to be on the Board .As I remember I ( THINK ) they were just dealing with a lot of legal stuff from the 2010 & 2011 boards .None of the big spending started till JON & ANTHONY got on the board & they bragged about all voting the same !!! I think they should take everything and dump it into your laps (bbk, posterboy, justsatin, undecided, tflea and imabeliever). Even though, IN MY OPINION, a couple of you are the same person. Actually, that makes 5, right? The amount that makes up the board? Since you think everyone else has something they have done wrong or are hiding, I think you should be given a chance to prove yourself.Yes, of course I'm kidding. Okay, that is absolutely, positively the last comment from me. My upcoming schedule is extremely full and I won't have time for these lovely chats.I just hope the residents of the ACIA direct questions or concerns to members of the Sensible Solution Committee, or to actual board members, instead of taking all the slamming at face value. I picked up on several "non truths" in a few of their rants. That's what actually forced me to investigate/verify on my own. Do yourself a favor, don't take anyone's words on this forum as gospel. Just how did the two board members running for re-election divide the community? By not supporting buying the golf course? To those saying this - why don't you give specific examples? You and I both know there is none.

regarding our deed restrictions , do you think the board should allow garage apartments? several members would like their elderly parents or kids to live with them and with many of our homes having detached garages these are ideal for apartments. Since you are concerned with the administration of our HOA, I'm sure you have an opinion.
