Daisy- nice factoid on your pic,The abandoned house thread is just another example of how wrong things really are in the ACIA.Quarter size spot of mold and yes you will get a letter- abandoned houses owned by banks - not so much.That could take years and years and years- well you get the picture.

@Posterguy: Oh very well. The pictures I in vision are a nightmare. Seem a lot of Alice Kravitz's always worried about others.
I guess I'm too busy to worry about such things. I'd disband the board, and just take care of my easements. But I grew up in a different time.
I guess that's why I get further and further away from the city and people the older I get.

So no one can comment on the meeting that the obstacle course was discussed at?Must have been another illegal WORKSHOP, I never once heard it mentioned and I attend the meetings.How much did we pay for the plans?Another secret,Where are the 2012 and 2013 financial audits, enough of this absurdity.

We have a tennis court at one of our parks that is literally crumbling, and dangerous.Another tennis court at another park had one small crack, and the SSC controlled board spent $70,000 for plastic tile overlays for it.This is not sensible or a solution.Enough of the absurdity.

So the association board does not follow the rule of law or care about the safety of the residents.

Sorry for talking about the condition of the Shores tennis court, the ACIA board has been informed numerous, numerous times and yet has failed to fix it.I must be responsible- sorry for letting you down.
