BBKAll 5 board members and sterling have participated in these actions.Anyone of them could at any time said , I am not doing this ,and either I object or I will not participate. There is no way that I would have sat there silently while all of these illegal and unethical things were going on. I would have objected , asked the homeowners to leave the room and give the board a few minutes to hash this out. I would have objected on the record if I failed to convince the board to act in a legal and ethical fashion. Sometimes all it takes is one.
