Liability or full coverage doesn't matter it's still required by the government.
 
I'm pretty sure there was talk about denying pre-existing conditions. Many repub lawmakers are in a real pickle, because if they go against the wishes of there constituents they will be voted out.
 
And if you like your Dr. you can keep your Dr. pales in comparison to coverage for all if not delivered.
 
Geez when insurance changes at place of employment if Dr. wasn't in network you had to change Dr. to get covered.
