When she turned it was clear, because of his speeding and weaving in and out of traffic she never saw him because he jumped out from behind another car and sped up and then that is when they hit. He was going so fast that he caused the Ford Explorer to do a 180% turn. Which also caused him to fly through the suv and out the other side like another 15 or so feet. Please tell me how that was her fault? I spoke with some of the ems personnel that responded to that call and without giving much detail they told me that it was not her fault nor could it be proven as his fault. It was a tragic accident and unfortunately it is going to take more deaths for them to realize that they need to put more stop lights to cause a break in traffic for all those businesses and neighborhoods in that stretch of road way.

Stop lights mean nothing to people who have no respect for the law or others on the road.

I hope it is a jury trial and they pick me. Enough said. No money, honey and somehow pull his drivers license until he's 30 and only the if he has gained a brain.

Rules of the road give him the right of way. She entered the roadway he was already on. His speed may give him shared negligence in Texas but not full liability.
