Elias Currier should be thanking God every day of his life that he is still living. He has been in two accidents in neatrly the exact same spot and miraculously survived. Elias if you have even the smallest amount of human decency you will leave this poor grieving mother alone.

Of course it is really really wrong. As really wrong as it was for our justice system to award him $50,000 for the eerily similar accident he caused on his motorcycle nearly three years to the day at the next intersection on 1960 where there was also a four year old in the back seat where he was ticketed for failure to control speed however because he hurt himself so badly he was given the money just a few short weeks before he killed this little baby and as wrong as it will be that he will do it again if someone doesn't stop this monster. And as really really wrong as it is that he has not already been tried and convicted for murder.

Very disgusting that we have a system in place that allows the person who caused the accident to be awarded ANY money.

It won't be long, before someone gets on here and trys to defend him. 😡 Praying for the true victims.

Hate to say it, but more power to him. I stopped riding years ago because people don't watch for bikes.
Was he speeding? Who knows. (If you're an expert, prove it)
These bikes weigh 500 to 750 pounds, so of course they will have inertial mass.
I've seen a bike parked in the front seat of a Honda, in a similar accident, at 55-60 mph.

Well since the guy has had almost this exact accident before and sued before I'm not surprised...but none the less outraged!!!

@Meow I know the family...he did sue... =/ for future pain and suffering...within a few weeks of the suit he bought a new bike and was driving recklessly again...he sure was suffering huh?

@BusyMommy Because shady attorneys make it easy...And most insurance companies just settle...I'm sure the attorney/family was calling again shortly after this accident...I'm sure in some aspects the mother is responsible since she was crossing the road but he's just as responsible for whipping from behind a vehicle at a high rate of speed...I'm pretty sure your taught to come around a vehicle cautiously not knowing what's in front of it...I think the mother is suffering enough and don't think he needs money for a new bike as he's proven his track record...

All this mother needs tondonis file a counter suit against him.....
When faced with the prospects of lawyer fees to defend himself.....

Why does this ***hat still have a driver's license? Or an insurance company dumb enough to write a policy for him?It almost sounds like he's doing these things intentionally for the insurance settlements. Prayers to the grieving mother and her family. The motorcycle idiot can suck it.
