WELL, what I had reported back when this horrific tragedy happened, was the ugly fact that his sister was all over Facebook saying how she "was not even worried or concerned" about a baby dying, she was mad that her brother was hurt. Also, HE was a bragger on Facebook about how he likes to speed & that no one could do anything about it, etc, etc. I have 1 word for them: KARMA.....lolol

is there a way to prove he was speeding? it's very likely that the eye-witnesses did not have radar guns at the time of the accident.so, can the accident investigators show that he was speeding by street markings or the impact on the SUV? or was the driver of the SUV speeding?I have the impression most folks are biased against motorcycle drivers.I'm not defending this kid; I don't have any facts of the accident; I don't know any of the parties involved. Just trying not to jump to conclusions.

unless he was cited for C & R; most likely no speeding citations issued as per your points. Even if he was driving C&R - she turned left in front of him, across his traffic lane. so, I would imagine there are plenty of lawyers willing to take up his cause.they will go after her insurance; don't know that they would pursue collection from her personally.Its the system. What is that saying - he is innocent of any crimes until proven guilty? even though convicted here.*****He hit a suburban hard enough to spin it 360 degrees in roadway - my guess is that would take some momentum for a cycle.

Anyone who went to his Facebook page and looked at the things he posted on there got what impression they needed.I don't know if it was the same kid, but about two weeks before that accident I was headed into Humble and had a motorcycle pass going at a high speed weaving in and out of traffic. I always wondered if it was the same kid.

This accident has not left my mind since it happened. Not a day goes by I don't think of that poor mother and her baby. I saw his Facebook many times after the accident happens. He posted a picture of his motorcycle with a caption reading "my bike, rest in pieces". Someone else commented "Really? This seems inappropriate...RIP Zander Supko". And now the comment is deleted and his page is private, although you can still see the picture. Anyone with a shed of remorse would not have the disrespect to post an innanamate object with that caption while a mother will never get to hold her baby again. I thought that was very telling of his character, and now he's dragging this family through more grief. He was speeding and whipped around a car. She had no way of seeing him and plenty of time to turn in front of the car he was behind, but he was going to fast. I'm sure if anyone with a brain had been in this accident, they would agree it was his fault even if she was making a left turn. Speed limit dictates a lot of our daily traffic maneuvers and he was excessively speeding. He also hit her back side while she was already almost completely in the driveway leading to the road she had turned on. I am phisically sickened by the fact he is suing. What a pos. Has this mother not lost enough????

The circumstances of the accident were almost exact. She was making a left turn and he sped around a car and hit her. My then 4 year old nephew was in the car with her at the time.
