we sat down this week with Kirby, owner of K's Autohaus in Humble.
Tell us a bit about your business: What does your business offer, and how long have you been around? K’s Autohaus has been serving Kingwood, Humble, Atascocita and the surrounding areas since 2015. We offer
high
quality automotive repair with an emphasis on excellent customer
service. We are a family-owned and operated business, offering
everything from oil changes and tune-ups to emission repairs.
How did you decide to get involved in this line of work? How did the business get started?
I
have been passionate about cars since my first Hot Wheels as a child. I
started K’s Autohaus after spending two decades in the auto repair
industry. After observing the way other companies treated, not only
their employees, but also their customers, I wanted to do better.
Tell us a couple things you are proud of about your business. What are you known for? What separates you from the competition?
I
am beyond proud to provide exceptional customer service at a reasonable
price. We are known for employing the best technicians in Houston and
for using only high-quality parts. Our 60-month/ 60k mile warranty and
how we stand behind it, is what sets us apart in the auto repair
industry.
What is your favorite part of running this business?
My favorite part of running this business is fixing customers' issues and hearing that sigh of relief in their voice.
Who is your ideal customer/client? Who do you serve best?
Our ideal customer is someone who is looking to have their vehicle serviced and repaired right the first time.
