Dr Wolf does the ( 2 ) 5 oz drinks . As I said I tasted my husbands & it was in no way bad . And even if it were AWFUL anyone can gulp down 5 ozs in about 2 seconds . The gal jug of stuff my husband threw up & they gave him something else . Then they moved him to the Citrate stuff or whatever that God awful stuff was . He was able to get it down . I was able to also but Lord I thought it was horrible !!! I was having to work on NO you will not throw this up ! Drinking this orange drink is a real blessing after what they use to have . Also we take 2 Dulcolax laxative Tablets the night before we know we are going to start this prep.

When you do the 2 ---5 ozs drinks you don't do them both at the same time . There is hours in between them .
