@WeveBecomeEastHouston : No but chasinghosts made a point....rabid dog. Atascocita has changed, since the last 2 hurricanes. Strange people come and go in & around this area. Some just moved in to my neighborhood that no one wants to accept them as neighbors. Even if you want be a good neighbor, you can't, so I ignore the fact that 1 lives behind, 1 lives on the side of me and for them anything goes, they don't have a clue about the people on this street in particular no one likes different or inconvenient here. People have lived here for a long time they have pride. The new comers are bringing in unknowns. That can be troublesome.

They've got a make shift memorial where he was killed with purple balloons and flowers. Looks like a laminated pic or something as well.
