@carol888 : DACA was NEVER a law. The pushed for a vote and it failed they brought it to another vote and it failed. The obama wrote an executive order.Then, Trump fails to renew obama's executive order and some POS judge says he cant.
It will hit the supreme court, and go away. And they ought to start impeaching these judges.

@Punksfriend : Stop defending you're punk friend. He assaulted a FEMALE officer. He deserves what he gets and if you're defending him you must have a similar mindset.

It's no small secret that I am a large supporter of the individuals in blue. But I don't always agree with their actions. I am well aware that there are officers that make bad decisions and actions. But in general I believe that in most all situations if you help them they will do their best to safely remedy a situation.
Maybe he was a good kid. But maybe he had a bad moment. We have all had our dumb moments and had to pay for them.
Don't have a dumb moment with an officer. The situations that they have to deal with are the ones that keep them going home to their families every night. Don't put them in a position to have to make a decision like that. Help them and they will help you. I have been harassed by officers and received tickets that were unjust. But I'm not in their shoes and I don't do their job. My complaints are minuscule compared to what they risk for our safety.

@Konapody : ummmm, he will probably get deferred adjudication with no community service (many of the newly elected judges do not think it is necessary). Also, there are standard bonds but he could get a pr bond depending which court he landed in.

@757beach : In looking at this thread I asked myself the same thing. Then that crazy comment about O started it. So now people didn't get into trouble with the police until O came along? Really? So all the criminals I read about in the history books before O was even born were just a fabrication of our imaginations? Alrighty then.

I bet if they saw that 3rd grade photo of him they would know the police are lying and little Johnny could never be capable of something like that.
