@tflea Officers do not barge in but they investigate. They wanted to determine the identity and this guy made it difficult .

First off those marks are not hickeys , those are actually from the hands that took him down to the ground, you can also see scratch marks as well , might want to double check before you assume you know something, secondly I have dogs that run out my door as well ,having someone make sure they don’t run away when the officer wouldnt let me close my door is kinda an important thing for me seeing that I don’t want my dogs to get loose , third the alarm was not loud it was apparently a silent alarm which gets sent to the police , I didn’t know any alarm that went off till they told which is when I called the alarm company , there was no panic button pressed at all which is why It all came to a huge shock over why they are at my door at midnight and for no reason that I was aware of , also there was no crime that was being committed, they made it a situation without hearing anything that I was saying to them . They had it in their mind that he was a threat to us but in fact was not even close to it at all and they didn’t put any consideration to what we were telling them. They first wanted to see my alarm permit which I was going to get with my Id then before you know it he’s on the ground . It was all uncalled for .

@tflea No he hasn’t , this happened Sunday around midnight and he’ll have court in the morning , hopefully find out tomorrow what is exactly going to happen .

Why is it that almost every time when something scandalous happens, a new member comes in and starts posting very lengthy posts defending the “hero” of a story? I find it strange.

@Tristynrochelle Well your entitled to your opinion but in the eyes of the law your friend made a terrible mistake and he will have to answer to it.

@Tristynrochelle This story sounds very similar to an incident I witnessed. The officer was completely in the wrong and acted just like you’ve described here. And thankfully, video evidence was available to prove it. But it took awhile to unravel, time and money in court. I feel your pain. Good luck.
