@gigem09 : Right?! They're playing it off like it was not a brutal beating and rape. It's just crazy to minimize the severity of it like this.

@Krisztina1 : Everything is all a matter of preference. The Glock 23(.40 Cal) and 19 (9mm) are both the same size. The difference is the caliber. To me, it doesn't matter much about the caliber size. It's all about shot placement. Definitely, go to a gun range or even better a gun show to hold and holster as many firearms as possible. Bump. I just read how this was a brutal rape. I did not interpret that from the initial report. Kingwood is right next to us and the sicko is still out there. Two reports of girls being followed in the area close to the park. Everyone be alert and call the police if you see anything out of place.

@BusyMommy : Yes, I heard it was very brutal, as well. The guy could be anywhere now. Scary for sure.
