I made my cranberry sauce tonight. Fresh cranberries simmered with organic coconut sugar (better for you!) and water, then simmered again with the zest of oranges and lemons and the juices of both, a big diced Granny Smith apple, a cinnamon stick and finely minced celery leaves. Nice and thick! My house smells amazing!

I'm about to start the fixins for the dressing (gotta make cornbread and saute some celery, garlic, onions, parsley, sage sausage, etc., and minced Serrano peppers because that's how I roll
). Will put it in containers and throw together Thursday morning with chicken stock that I froze last week from chicken and dumplings. Everything else will get made Thursday morning while this beast of a turkey is roasting. Honey Baked Ham will get served at room temp!
I'm ordering pizza tonight.
