Do any of you have naturally curly hair? I know this is a price thread but it is so hard to get a decent, I quit wanting a good cut long ago, curly hair cut. I'd love a referral. The most I have ever spent for highlights, lowlights and cut $190
MrsNancy - My husband is going to try my stylist - I will let you know how it goes. If you are willing to drive you can try House of Curls down in the Heights.
@lana7018 I know Conchi, from Command Performace, wow, didn't know she was still around. She is an excellent stylist, she's been around since the sun glitz days.
Purchase a can of Hot Shot Wasp & Hornet spray .. It sprays 27 feet . Please notice the can says on the front KILLS ON CONTACT . I have spoken to a doctor friend who told me If I hit anyone in the face with this stuff that they will be begging me to take them to the hospital . She said it kills through your central nervous system . If I decide to open my door to a stranger I always have a can of this in my hand . I guess they think I was spraying a wasp nest out back . I have a can on each side of our bed & in every room of our house along with guns .
@MrsNancy Well the salon my DW goes to I happen to know the owner. He does not expect or demand any part of the tips from those renting a chair from him. That's why I asked. As a matter of fact he get's nothing from them other that rental fee's and profit off of products (shampoo, etc) sold.

@mw3538 The stylist doesn't share tips with the owner. Stylist usually work on commission, giving the owner a percentage of services performed or a flat fee to rent the chair. Salon owners gives a commission to the stylist for retail sales of products.
