They abandoned the dog? Does anybody know the details of this?

@West-Tex : Hopefully she's barred from touching another animal. Having a dog and children, I don't want to encounter her in a dog friendly environment! It's obvious she... I don't know, but to have multiple dogs be involved in multiple mauling incidents and still not take proper precautions when bringing them in public spaces... is that a disorder? I'm not understanding what's going on there
