eighteen : Are you saying that a restaurant can not refuse service to anyone at all. I thought they had the right to refuse anyone with no reason. A pit bull isn't considered a "pleasant, kind, calm or even well liked" animal by many people. They are known to even turn on their owners for no good reason so turning on a stranger (A SMALL CHILD) shouldn't be consider abnormal. The owner should be charged with just about everything possible in the book because that child will never look at a pet in the same way nor will her face look as it did one minute before that animal marred her probably for life.
