We have decided to leave the light off. Bummer, boo, but reality as we know it. I think it s an individual's own decision, just don't think we will see as many participants.

I'm setting out a table with bags of candy. The kids in our area expect to see the witch; can't disappoint....

brightlights : sumptin' as so silly right? anyways.....I was wondering myself what the kiddos were going to do. I usually make treat bags and enjoy handing them out. I hand out about 75 bags a year. Debating what to do....you think the honor system would work? I can always use my ring to let out a big frightening scream if they don't.

We've used the honor system for the last 20 years because we have always taken the little ones trick or treating. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Groups and people will advise against it, but it ultimately up to you. People will be out there doing it, just have to determine your risk and safety standards if you want to participate and not get mad at the people not.
