@chasinghosts : For Real I have 5 Treasures.....but they are not collections.
1. A cup that suffered shell shock and is dated 1940 that survived World War 2 given to me, when I was 4 yrs. old by my step-brother who was in the Army.
2. & 3. I have a book that has my uncle's bird hunting licenses from different years and a license plate from his last car that he owned. His name is Chauncy (CHUCK) Warden who was a famous baseball pitcher and enter the Hall of Fame. He was also in the military with honors.
4. I have a wonderful painting from the 1920's from Denver Colorado / no known signature.
5. A family photo of President Kennedy with First Lady Jackie's signature on it....in the original envelope addressed and sent to my grandma, in 1963. My granny gave it to me in 1970 as a graduation gift.

@shelly1717 : Those are some wonderful treasures and it makes them so much more valuable to you having that family connection. I have been trying to find out if my great Uncle played pro baseball. I have a picture in a uniform but can't figure out the team name. I have way too many treasures and will be getting rid of several in 2 weeks.

@chasinghosts : I haven't a clue if they are worth anything or not, they have so much sentimental value that if someone said they are worth only $4 I would come unglued, Best that I keep them and keep my mouth shut!

@hutch5801 : Nice pretty stuff. Is that a brass door ringer? It's really cool and I really love the peach colored carnival creamer! Mostly because Iris are my favorite flower.

Lots of hot wheels over here
One point in my life I couldn't get enough of them. All still in the package.
Need to find a way to get rid of them at some point. Some are worth some money, but not much

@jimmycrackcorn : You and my son. He got at least 10 in his stocking every year (those ones stayed in packages) and then more larger packs, cases, tracks, trucks full. He has thousands now, still buys them.

I have stared at this bell forever and never thought about researching its history!! I was looking up some of her lamps. They were in my life forever, and now some are rated in top vintage type collectibles. Kinda crazy!
