@ChloeW : Couple of things not directed at necessarily at you.
My first job was in retail - in the deli at Randall's. You remembered the nice regulars, and those that were not so nice. And then there was that middle of the line folks.
And depending on your history with me, (you may not remember but I do, because even when you're an ***, I can't put you in your place because I do like my job), I understand you may be having a bad day. But when you're an ******** everytime you come in, don't expect me to go over and beyond.
On the flip side, if you are inundated with ****** every day, you end up salty even to the ones that accidentally cut you off/pulled out in front of you.
Most road rage, IMHO, is not about the action that just occurred, but where that person who felt wronged is during that hour, day, time in their life.
