I saw this term on a Yahoo story last night, once boomers leave the workforce its not going to be good for a lot of business. These younger generations don't put into their jobs like the boomers have.
General X was considered the latch key generation. The first group of kids growing up during the push for women to enter the workforce, so we came home to an empty house.
I tell my kids I am an expert at emotional unattachment so don't try me. Lol
