The elderly wife remains. Now her DDs come over to care for her and ***** about everything!Well, tit for tat I'm about to fix their *** bc they are out of compliance on an issue that's going to cost them a lot of $$$ and now well let's just say, IT's bothering me.Those ***** should have left me alone! Don't cross me bc I'M A WINNER!Carry on ....I WOULD LOVE FOR THEM TO READ!!!!!I "ain't" scared !!!

@Sammee :Yes there is a way . Call cam & ask them if they have seen this boat parked at that address. They drive the subdivision's & are suppose to be writing this stuff up . If they say no they hadn't now they know & something SHOULD BE DONE.

I know these letters can be ridiculous at times, but I'd try not to take them personally...These people drive around looking for reasons to justify their jobs....That means pointing things out and writing letters to show the HOA that they are doing something in return for their pay...They seldom "bite"...I've seen troubled lawns uncut for over 6 months with no action, among other things...There may not be any big issues in your area, so they have to find something to show the HOA that they are actually working...

Why isn't this thread locked. When some were talking about the ACIA everyone complained. With this negative publicity about the South will not people have trouble selling.
Looks to me like there are two different standards. Maybe I was correct when I said - a little bit of politics in everything.

This is good to know. I thought that the management companies have privacy regulations preventing them from disclosing violations from neighbors.

@Sammee How can this be a private matter if(anyone ) can drive past & see the boat . If you can see a fence is 7 ft tall instead of 6 . If the fence is suppose to be black metal & it is white vinyl . If your deed restrictions say you can't have a storage bldg in your back yard yet there is one & it's visible from a public street . Are perhaps the people behind or on either side see the bldg . How is any of that private ?
