Screw eating at my house !!! Beings you do homemade biscuits & milk gravy I'm headed to yours !!! I do not do homemade biscuits & only do the canned ones if we have over night company or we are having breakfast food for dinner . During the week I cook 2 eggs & put them on top of a high fiber round & eat with my coffee . I cook a lb of bacon & put in the fridge & each morning I heat 1 or 2 pieces to go on my breakfast sandwich ..Some times I have just grits or just oatmeal .

@Dragonlovermom Just had French Toast and Pan sausage. I worked all day.

@TXNS_fan Good thinking. I make casseroles for Holiday mornings. They are so easy, wonderful and you can prep night before.

@bbk That's amazing. I can barely focus on making coffe in the a.m.. I'm not a morning person though.

@Dragonlovermom I cook 1-2 lbs and it's gone in minutes. Just me and the husband.

I cook breakfast on the weekends...biscuits (frozen), bacon or ham (already fully cooked), and eggs (from scratch ). Sometimes I'll do pancakes (frozen). This girl doesn't cook! I do like the idea of casseroles or frittatas. Need to try those...thanks for the ideas!

I'm not either . I'm up between 6 or 8:30 somewhere in there . And I almost never eat breakfast till about 10 AM & lunch about 1 PM . I like to just be still & have my coffee .

@chasinghosts :Sure I do wink wink !!! Till hubby has to go pick up ice cream or we go & buy candy . As my doctor of 38 yrs says about me . You are either so so good are you are so so bad ! There is just no middle ground with you . And he is right .

@Dragonlovermom That is what I was about to tell @bbk I cooked a bunch of bacon yesterday morning and since I'm here alone though it would last several mornings. It was gone yesterday! I kept going to the baggie and having a little more. It sure was good though!
