I gave him a huge bag of dog food last week - I pulled up next to his car and he put it in the back seat. There was blankets and junk in the car like he possibly was living out of it. I have no idea about his story or if he's scamming us all but I wanted to make sure the 2 dogs were fed atleast. It wasn't a fantastic car - lower end I thought - didn't make me mad like the gypsies that get into a new escalade or Navagator! Lol he could have mental problems who knows - we did a good deed. I can't imagine someone willingly sitting in the sun all day in the brutal heat right there that had other options. he never approaches cars he just sits.. Unlike some of the others that almost harass you if you have your windows down.

I talk to him periodically and he told me a few weeks back that he was having car trouble. So I'm guessing the truck died and got replaced. I have heard that someone gave him the silver vehicle. But don't really know. Anyway I'll still give him my few spare dollars when I drive by.
Does he have liability Insurance and a license to drive? If the tags are registered there must be a residence attached. If so then he's really making out sitting on that corner since insurance and rent add up. I don't have an issue helping folks that need it, but making a living from it is unexcuseable.
We do what is right. If it comes from our heart it does not matter if they are millions or nothing, we give because we want to. Look at how much Kanye West, he set up a GO FUND and he received THOUSANDS. It is all in how you look at it.
