I worked for a doctor and his office was by the head honcho of the gypsies. They would take anything that wasn't nailed down.

And i gave him a few dollars one time 😑 Its hard to tell who needs help and doesnt. Cause once i saw that same guy, the guy thats always by HEB, get out of a really bad looking truck

A couple of years ago, there was a woman in another part of the city who panhandled with her 4 y/o daughter. She was making $500. a day, Tax Free !!! Sorry, folks, but I am Soc. Sec. and I have to pay tax on it. I worked 53 years. I'm not giving them a dime !

He is there right now and his vehicle is right there too.

I'd like to know if someone gave him that car, because his truck was old and beat up.....never know until someones asks.

The car in front of me, gave him some money.

@Metro07 - It may be that he is not mentally/emotionally "capable" of holding down a traditionally "honest way" of making a living. Some people just don't have the judgement/understanding of working in a normal, hierarchical organization, with bosses and co-workers, etc. Put him in that situation and his frustration could lead to hurting someone else.
