I'm pretty sure you can but there are a lot of guys in carts that would probably get a ticket if they were checked.

Just this morning I saw an older man driving one down Pinehurst Trails talking on the phone and blowing through stop signs.

You must have a class C drivers license to operate a golf cart. We have a golf cart at our beach house and see children driving them around all the time on the beach and in the neighborhood. I see children operating golf cart in Eagle Springs all the time. Regardless of your neighborhood situation it is illegal and for good reason!

This is why the US youth have a 40% obesity rate and rising.. we are hurting our younger generation by providing them so many options outside of using themselves. I know if might be easier but in the long run what is better for them?
