Anywho ---- here ya go--
-- FACTS --
1. Lorenzo (a human) was shot in the right abdomen from the passenger side.
2. Video shows him pulling over to a stop (actually being cut off from the ICE SUV on the left) with men on foot running from afar behind the van going toward the passenger side just before the shooting.
3. Lorenzo and the men in the vehicle have ZERO/NONE/NOTTA record of any crimes in the decades they have been in the country.
4. Lorenzo's IDs were removed so he would become a "John Doe" at hospital, meaning the family would not (and still as of last night) have no rights.
5. There is NO video, NONE, NOTTA, ZERO showing any of the ICE claims of ramming vehicle. All evidence supports the actual witness accounts who spoke of it today.

glad to see some people have all the "facts" of the incident. Also good to see the tv reporters have already convicted the shooter of pre-meditated murder. Also good to see all the protesters had their nice, pre-printed signs ready to wave for the tv cameras.

1ontheroadagain : Well here are some facts. The man killed was not the target of the enfocement operation. Agents were not wearing body cams, as they are not required to do so.
The public will have nothing but speculation, because there is no proof of anything other than eyewitness accounts; which carry their own fallacy.

1ontheroadagain : No worries. It happens. We're all guilty of scim-reading and get in a hurry.
The real apology should be for helping elect a potus who's creating his own personal army to murder our hard-working neighbors because of the color of their skin.
The videos are all out by now and we see exactly what happened.

Bottom line: ICE agents didn't appear to be in any danger from these construction workers. No weapons were found. No one deserved to die. The family is suffering. I thought the ICE agents were supposed to go after murderers, rapists and gang members, not construction workers and field hands. But, these immigrants are easier to catch than the bad guys I guess.

Over 70% of detained immigrants have NO criminal record. They have quotas to meet so it doesn't even matter what their record is, or what their status is.
Trump doesn't even care about immigration anyway, and has never tried to fix any policies. He just uses it as a racist dog whistle for his cult. And ICE as a power move to feed his ego.

Our culture has changed for some reason. A lot of people think when a person with a badge says STOP it is just a suggestion.
