I wasn't saying the gun was obtained from that house . It doesn't matter what house .Any house that has guns they should not be where a child or teen can get to them .The guns should have been locked up no matter where they are . Now if the kids broke the door down then I feel the owner of the gun took reasonable measures to protect kids & teens .

@lynnsgirl Yeah looks like that's a 2011 picture that they used.Re the shooter - The group of kids on my street including mine had a run in with him some years back. More of a bullying type situation where he was throwing rocks at them from the woods.

@+1 The fact that having a stolen gun and plus the in and out crowd did it for me.

Question: was this an accident and do they have the shooter? Our news never seems to follow up on stories. Please update.

Accident. They questioned shooter and let him go.

"I hate to be the guy. ......"
Which was updating the situation. He seemed to know something.
