I'm not surprised at the verdict. They didn't have enough evidence to get a conviction. No gun, no residue on his hands, no witnesses and no confession. Terrible tragedy to lose two of your children and then to live with having taken someone else's life. That being said, there are circumstances in which I could well imagine myself absolutely taking someone out where close family is concerned. Selfish *** drunk drivers who kill innocent people should be taken out of society. The sooner - the better.

I don't think I would had walk into my house, get a gun, go back to the street and shoot the drunk driver dead...I would had just beat the crap out of him right there, and kill him with my bare hands...

May none of you ever be faced with that situation and may none of you ever drive drunk. Lost a cousin to a drunk driver.

From what i read in this case there was not enough reasonable doubt to convict him and i respect the verdict just like I respected oj verdict.
