Tillman isn't involved in Luby's - the Papa Brothers are and arguably saved the chain. Notice there are no more Piccadilly or Wyatt's in Texas?

I do however miss the tea cart - they were always the nicest ladies across all chains!

Veron, that is an awesome idea, but there could potentially be some vicarious liability there. Set up the appropriate entity to limit your liability, and have the shade tree mechanics sign waivers and releases (if injured).
