I cooked red beans and rice with sausage today. I found jolokia peppers at HEB. I chopped up and threw the smallest one in the pot. Steer clear away from that pepper. It's no joke and I love spicy food.

We are on the same track. I cooked cranberry beans with Jalapeno sausage, hamburger meat and potatoes in it. (We call it "Red Bean Stew".)
Made some jalapeno/cheese cornbread to go with it and the combination of the peppers in the sausage and the cornbread mixed together are almost too spicy for me to eat. (DH is diggin it though....)
