I didn't say that (although it is illegal to have weed). I just said that's what their known for. I had my early teen years in Kingwood. Everyone in the surrounding areas knew that if you wanted to party hard, and have access to good weed and pills, you went to Kingwood. It is what it is.

@nikkiole: and we should confiscate this good weed

So Atascocita is being discussed on one of the Kingwood message boards- apparently we are a lower socioeconomic class and blue collar people.

Nothing new - Everyone likes to think they are better than "the other guys" - KW is the riff-raff to the woodlands - but as Billy Joel once said

Well My friends in Beverly Hills...just kidding.

Kingwood is Kingwood. I don't even like to visit the friends I have there. They inevitably have some snobs in the mix - I have nothing in common with some fake tan, bleach blonde, over dressed, plastic surgery twit that wants to chat and fake laugh about the most boring subjects in the world.

Give me a blue collar person any day...much preferred. There are plenty of blue collar in KW - but the twits still outnumber them it seems.

How is it not cool for them to say something bad about Atascocita, but it's totally cool to generalize people from Kingwood as druggies & snobs? Hypocrisy is hilarious. No place is perfect.

I don't care what other people have to say. I love where I live, and we chose it over Kingwood. Our realtor was really trying to sell us on KW, but we really liked Eagle Springs.
