Storms have diminished past few hours with two areas of mainly light rain remaining. Should see inland activity continue to diminish. Area of light rain moving in from the Gulf should impact mainly far SE zones, mainly Chambers and Liberty. More rain could develop over mainly SE zones overnight...then again most locations on Saturday.
Upper low circulation appears to be rotating precip up into SW Louisiana for the most part this evening. Lot of deep moisture still remains over the area and precipitable water in the atmosphere is high, but there may not be sufficient lifting mechanism to trigger precip. This is especially true as the low pressure continues to leave the region, but daytime warming will probably be enough to still produce precipitation that is of a convective origin. For the most part in this area, it should be a fairly dry night.
