@ginx 200 for tow fee, 500 so far for lawyer he has standard fee of 1800 . 2 days missed work. Plus having my name an mug shot all over this page an Facebook bc of this page. All bc constobles wanted a story

@andyhohmann Well for what it's worth you may want to have your attorney look at expunging the arrest record too so it doesn't come back in a job interview and you have to explain it. Seen it happen before

@ginx I know, I drive to much on my job to have this. That's why I lawyerd up on a easy case. If I was guilty I would have just paid it off, but nah. This thread is just making me want to go after badges, just to show y'all cops ain't always telling the truth. Constobles, not really cops. Iv had good run ends with cops, wrote me a ticket I was guilty for it was always yes sir, or mam. Paid it off. Np. They ****ed me for no reason.

You got off because you paid for a good attorney. With your attitude, it should only be a matter of time before your mug shot turns up again.

@lana7018 so now you know who my attorney was? Funny my attorney was only gonna reset the case, but they came to him with a deal. Me an my attorney haven't even tried to fight this case, the court gave up when they found out I'm not paying them for a bogus charge.

I'm confused. I had no idea that we as citzens can refuse to pay a ticket, etc. to the court system and they will oblige. Of course, I know we don't have to pay if we are found not guilty or charges are dropped. But, I did not know that we can refuse to pay from the beginning and that refusal could result in charges being dropped. I think there could be another reason for your dropped charges, maybe lack of evidence or something similar.
