Catmae : i have no clue what he uses it on. i ran out of duke's so i used the japanese mayo. i couldnt tell anything by taste but the color was a bit more yellow.
@eksda : I was reading a comparison of ingredients. I love Dukes, but Miracle Whip is much sweeter, so I thought it may taste like that. The article I read said Jap Mayo has more sugar and rice vinegar, which are both sweet. Japanese mayo has only the egg yolks, compared to American mayo made with whole eggs. That's why Japanese mayo is more yellow.
