@Beau01 : Mr Newton is in the Washington county jail for....theft. He did receive time for theft and evading arrest in Harris county but apparently he didn't do the whole sentence because he wouldn't be out yet. The drug charge was dismissed. kwhi.com/two-charged -in-local-theft/
