Loading Image...

On August 18, 2023, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Special Operations Unit conducted a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle in the 13700 block of Will Clayton Parkway. The driver was detained and identified as Dillon Flowers.

Further investigation revealed he was currently out on a $2,000.00 bond for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and a $5,000.00 bond for Evading.

"Dillon Flowers was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Used of a Motor Vehicle. His bond has not been set at this time out of the 482nd District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
