Should the state override HOA rules and allow tiny homes in all neighborhoods? This one is in a neighborhood on near New Caney.

This was inside a subdivision of normal homes & on a main street entering the subdivision . We have not seen before .

So are these the houses they wanted to change the subdivision housing codes for and build dozens of them on a single lot, or did they want to "Eminent Domain" whole blocks and build huge government assisted housing apartment buildings in high value property areas to help even disparities in the U.S., i don't remember ?
 
It is going to go tiny houses or big apartments to fix future housing problems right?
 
Two of my tool boxes would barely fit in that thing.... I would have to pass.

@tflea : Hell, at this point I would live in a SHE SHED.......all you will need is water, bathroom options. Living off the grid. No phones or TV cable..,,,,,just send smoke signals---- no wacky tobaccey please.
 
I told Dh we need 2 sheds/tiny homes connected with a porch / breeze way. Who cook???!! Emoticon Emoticon Emoticon

Yes, HOAs would have rules on what size dwelling can be built in each section.
 
I don't think I'm ready to downsize that much yet.
