Definitely healthy. But I think that I would be ready to eat my foot by mid-afternoon. I had a leftover chicken breast along with a cheese stick and a few chips--along with unsweet ice tea. Pretty healthy overall.

@RajunCajun : right now with beef so high and my teenage son devouring everything in sit we have been having chicken breast a lot.

@Smokeybear : I love salads, but unless I make the dressing I only use olive oil.

I 99% can't find any salad dressing on the shelf ( or mayonnaise ) that number one ingredient is soybean oil.

Also I like to shred chicken breast and flatten it and bake it as a pizza crust.

TexasGal : I like subway I just wish they had more bread options

@M1cha3lo0o : I wish they hadn't gotten rid of the Italian Herb and cheese bread. Also, it's been several years since they have had the thick cut turkey and cranberry sauce around Thanksgiving. That was one of my favorites that I wish they would also bring back.
