Especially when turkeys are about to be $.20-something/lb. Maybe I'm in the minority...imo, fried turkeys are overrated (I honestly can't tell the difference) . I'm sure yours are good, though.

We have been doing fried turkeys for the last 12-15 years. I think this year we are going to do a smoked turkey on the pit and a roasted turkey in the oven. (Large gathering for Thanksgiving here with lots of men who want MEAT!)
I'll also have a ham and am thinking to add BBK's cajun stuffed peppers this year too!
