Suspected Drunk Driver Arrested for His Second DWI Charge
On September 18, 2022, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 19800 block of Kenswick Drive. The driver was identified as Daniel Arenas, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.
Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that he was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed he had a prior DWI conviction on his record.
"Daniel Arenas was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 14." - Constable Mark Herman
