Suspect Arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine.On January 28, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 18700 block of Timbers Spring Drive in reference to disturbance. Upon deputies arriving, the male involved in the disturbance was identified as Joshua Lopez. During the course of the investigation he was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine.
Further investigation revealed that he was currently put on bond for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon and Driving While Intoxicated -2nd. Offense. "Joshua Lopez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond was set at $15,000.00 out of the 263rd District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
