Support Pediatric Cancer Research by Participating in the Go Gold RaceThe Addi’s Faith Foundation and the Kingwood High School Triathlon Club are teaming up to put on the first ever race with a multi-sport event in Addi’s Faith history. These swimming and running events will raise awareness and money for Addi’s Faith, all while strengthening the community bonds of Kingwood. Addi’s Faith is a non-profit organization aimed at combating pediatric cancer and providing aid to kids fighting cancer and was founded right here in Kingwood. Kingwood High School Triathlon Club is a club at Kingwood High School that is focused on elevating members to be their physical best, while giving back to the community in any way they can. Go Gold Race, is an athletic event featuring three races: a 1K Kids Race, 5K Run/Walk, and an Aquathlon race (a 150 yard swim into a 5K run). The race has 14 company sponsors, and has raised close to $5,000 so far! They are hoping to raise even more funds by getting more people to sign up for the Go Gold Race. All of the money we raise through registration fees and donations goes directly to the Addi’s Faith Foundation.
