What are you having for dinner tonight? It is Sunday so that usually means seafood night. I am making Steelhead trout, roasted yellow squash and zucchini and Rice pilaf. It is healthy and delicious.

I get steelhead from HEB..its is soo good. I like it much more than salmom even!

@Lace : Same here. I prefer it over salmon and I get mine at H‑E‑B too.
