Rhasaan Jasper Arrested for DUI and Illegal Weapon Possession

CONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED AND UNLAWFULLY CARRYING A WEAPON
On January 17, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 12800 block of Will Clayton Parkway. The driver was identified as Rhasaan Jasper, who displayed multiple signs of impairment.
A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, and it was determined he was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed that he was in possession of a firearm and that he had a an open warrant for Driving Under the Influence out of Louisiana.
"Rhasaan Jasper was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon. His bond was set at $200.00 out of County Court 5." - Constable Mark Herman
