All depends on who was at fault. Also consider Insurance companies dont give you the choice. They sue on your behalf. (The original post was about how crazy it was that the motorcyclist was suing (or at least that was its tone)) ...also if you cannot control yourself during a conversation then you really need to consider an alternative to message boards.
