PSA for Those of You Who Use a Computer Mouse
I noticed maybe a year ago that my right shoulder would hurt frequently. I couldn't figure out why. I am a side sleeper but sleep on my left side so that wasn't it. Then, it dawned on me that I used to sit with my hand on the mouse for hours on end. I think it was improperly positioned and effected (and still does effect) my R shoulder. I haven't been to a doctor about this. It just hurts from time to time. I suspect it is arthritis. Anwyay, be sure to stretch and take breaks often if you do computer work so that you can maybe avoid this happening.
